Join us for a hands-on Youth Planting Party! 🌱🌼
Celebrate the magic of growing things at the library with a fun-filled program all about plants! We’ll begin by reading the beloved picture book The Tiny Seed, and learn how tiny seeds grow into beautiful flowers and plants.
After storytime, participants will create a plant-themed craft—decorate their own mini pots with bright colors, stickers, and creative designs to make them truly unique.
Then it’s time to get our hands a little dirty! Each child will plant their own seed or small starter plant in a pot to take home. We’ll talk about what plants need to grow and share simple tips for watering and caring for them.
This program encourages literacy, creativity, and responsibility while helping young gardeners discover the joy of growing something themselves.
All materials will be provided. Come ready to dig in and grow something wonderful! 🌿✨
