Medicare Enrollment with the Family Health Clinic

SHIP (State Health Insurance Assistance Program) Counselors from the Family Health Clinic will be on site to assist with Medicare enrollment, answer questions, and provide education about Medicare.  SHIP Counselors are not agents so they will not be selling insurance or Medicare products.  Their services are free to anyone that needs help understanding their Medicare options along with assistance programs that can help to offset the costs of expensive medical care and prescriptions.
